He built a broad foundation of culinary knowledge through roles at local country clubs, restaurants, and retirement communities before joining Harvard University, where he ultimately spent seven years honing his craft. Most recently, Justin served as the Chef de Cuisine for Harvard’s Memorial Hall, overseeing food production for the freshman class while also supporting major off‑site events and menu development across campus. Meghan_maccormack@milton.eduMeghan is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. She has worked for 20+ years cooking for Marriott International in Colorado, New Orleans and Boston. Meghan most recently worked as an Executive Sous Chef at Boston Marriott Copley. A Registered Dietitian with Aramark since 2021, she brings over 10 years of experience in dietetics. Melissa is committed to evidence-based practice, student-centered care, and a weight-inclusive approach to nutrition. She supports Aramark accounts across Eastern Massachusetts, including UMass Lowell, Phillips Academy, Milton Academy, and Regis College. As a campus leader, Melissa specializes in wellness education, allergy management, medical nutrition therapy, food safety training, and performance nutrition. Claire_borgelorme@milton.eduClaire is a graduate of the Katharine Gibbs School as a Corporate Assistant and is currently pursuing a degree in Management at Roxbury Community College. She has worked for Aramark for over 20 years in various roles, including office manager, accounting/payroll assistant, and dining room manager. Claire’s most recent role was as Patient Food Service Manager at the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital.
